Players compete over a series of ”years” to build the best nation, through superior military, technology and cunning. This fast paced WW2 like era features threaded turns, 4 new technology paths to follow, oil tokens, new action cards, and re-worked government abilities. The winner is not always the nation with the most units, but the most diverse in technology, military strength, and counties occupied.
Naval Rules and pieces are now provided, as well as all new naval Dice! All the same fun on land can now be had at sea.
