The Orient was an Océan-class 118-gun French ship-of-the-line. Flagship of the rear-admiral Martin during the Battle of Genoa in 1795, she is mostly famous for its role as flagship of the French squadron during the Invasion of Egypt. During the Battle of the Nile, on August, 1st 1798the celebrated victory that made Lord Nelson a herothe Orient came under fire from five enemy ships; the ammunition storage caught fire and the ship detonated. Her spectacular destruction that day is commemorated by paintings and poems. This ship pack can also be used to represent the French ship-of-the-line Austerlitz 1808.
